Hege Henriksen
DIRECTOR
As director Hege has the overall responsibility for the administration and programming of Norwegian Crafts. She also represents the organisation publicly and in networks such as Norwegian Arts Abroad and World Crafts Council Europe. Tonje Kjellevold
PROJECT MANAGER - NETWORKS, COLLABORATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Tonje manages collaboration and partnership projects between Norwegian Crafts and other actors. She is the project manager of Norwegian Crafts' online magazine The Vessel. Tonje represents Norwegian Crafts in the Nordic Network of Crafts Associations. Tonje is experienced in cultural exchange and speaks Mandarin Chinese after having lived and studied in China. Lars Sture
CURATOR
Lars works as Norwegian Crafts’ curator. This work includes developing curatorial content for the organisation’s exhibition programme and theory development projects, in collaboration with Norwegian Crafts’ partners in Norway and abroad. Marthe Yung Mee Hansen

Marthe is responsible for external communication and online publishing at Norwegian Crafts. She also administers the Support Scheme for International Craft Projects and works with Norwegian Crafts’ visitor programmes. MARKET DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Leah works with Norwegian Crafts’ market development programmes, including supporting Norwegian galleries' participation at international fairs, and the new Norwegian Arts Abroad competence programme.
